Enable your site's visitors to add your stories directly to kirtsy with the click of a button.
Locate the appropriate section in your template and paste in the following:
Go to your Template, then Edit HTML and click Expand Widget Templates.
Scroll WAY down to the post section and just after this: <class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-3'/> insert the following code:
Go to Presentation and then Theme Editor, You'll want to edit both the 'Main' template that is responsible
for the content on the general pages and the 'Post' template that defines individual
posts, by pasting the following code just before <p class="postmetadata alt">:
In your Individual Entry Archive template, add the following to your <p class="entry-footer">:
* Enter Structure mode by clicking the cube icon in the top right menu bar.
* Click the 'configure this page' link
* Scroll down to post presentation options, and add "Share Article"
* Kirtsy is added by default, of course
Replace the { Insert your URL here } below with the URL of your page:
Kirtsy FeedFlare
Do you use FeedBurner? Now you can add kirtsy to your FeedFlare and enable your site's visitors to add your stories directly to kirtsy.
Go to your feeds in FeedBurner
Click on the Optimize tab and then on the FeedFlare service
Enter this URL into the Personal FeedFlare box:
http://www.kirtsy.com/kirtsyflare.xml
Click Add New Feed Flare
Check the box for "kirtsy this" for your feed
Click Save
